Vegetable consumption per capita reached 84.7 kg in 2013 in Hungary, according to Faostat. This is 5.68 % less than in the previous year.
Historically, vegetable consumption per capita in Hungary reached an all time high of 129 kg in 2006 and an all time low of 70.5 kg in 2010. When compared to Hungary's main peers, vegetable consumption per capita in Austria amounted to 107 kg, 72.3 kg in Czech Republic, 122 kg in Poland and 94.0 kg in Slovakia in 2013.
