Vegetable consumption per capita reached 44.3 kg in 2013 in Mongolia, according to Faostat. This is 2.31 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, vegetable consumption per capita in Mongolia reached an all time high of 47.9 kg in 2011 and an all time low of 4.30 kg in 1992. When compared to Mongolia's main peers, vegetable consumption per capita in China amounted to 328 kg, 204 kg in Kazakhstan, 149 kg in Kyrgyzstan and 107 kg in Russia in 2013.
