Vegetable consumption per capita reached 149 kg in 2013 in Tajikistan, according to Faostat. This is 1.36 % more than in the previous year.
Historically, vegetable consumption per capita in Tajikistan reached an all time high of 158 kg in 2011 and an all time low of 55.4 kg in 1997. When compared to Tajikistan's main peers, vegetable consumption per capita in Afghanistan amounted to 32.7 kg, 328 kg in China, 149 kg in Kyrgyzstan and 230 kg in Uzbekistan in 2013.
