Zagrebacka Banka's capital adequacy ratio reached 27.8%, up from 26.2% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 27.8% in 2017 and an all time low of 19.1% in 2009.

Comparing Zagrebacka Banka with its closest peers, Banca Commerciala Romana ended the year 2017 with a capital adequacy ratio at 21.3%, Ceska Sporitelna with 18.7% and Slovenska Sporitelna some 18.7% at the end of 2017.

Romanian banking sector provided mortgage loans of RON 76.5 bil in 2016, up 5.09% when compared to the last year.

CEC Bank accounted for 5.50% of all mortgage loans issued in Romania at the end of 2016. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 5.50% in 2016 and an all time low of 1.73% in 2012.
