Following a share capital increase in April 2014, Fortera Ltd. owns over 33% of the Bank.

Average cost reached 1,458 per employee, 32.7% more than a year ago. This figure was some 10 years ago.

Staff accounted for 41.8% of total operating expenditures in 2016.

Comparing Eurobank Bulgaria with its closest peers, United Bulgarian Bank had 2,620 employees with average cost of 1,342 per person, Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria operated with 2,736 people (and 1,295 per employee) and DSK Bank had 4,679 employees in 2016 with cost of 1,132 per head.
