UniCredit Bulbank made a net profit of 361, up 6.22% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of 361 in 2016 and an all time low of 68.9 in 2001. The average profit in the last five years amounted to 276.

The bank generated an average return on equity of 11.1% for its shareholders in the last five years with a maximum of 13.5% and a minimum of 7.32%.

Comparing UniCredit Bulbank with its closest peers, DSK Bank generated a net profit of 303 with a ROE of 18.9% in 2016, Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria netted 139 (ROE of 15.1%) and Eurobank Bulgaria announced a net profit of 120 giving a ROE of 11.6%.
