It also provides banking services for small, medium and large enterprises as well as investment banking and treasury services, asset management, private banking, or leasing, for example. The Bank operated a network of 250 branches and 781 ATMs and employed 3,580 people at the end of 2015. The Bank was founded in 1962 and is based in Zagreb, Croatia. Since its privatisation in 1999, it is a subsidiary of Intesa Sanpaolo.
