Zagrebacka Banka loans reached 80,746, down 4.26% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of 84,340 in 2015 and an all time low of 14,598 in 2000.

Comparing Zagrebacka Banka with its closest peers, Privredna Banka Zagreb customer loans amounted to 65,177, Erste & Steiermarkische Bank operated with 43,656 loans and Raiffeisenbank Croatia had a loan portfolio of 18,504.

Jadranska Banka's non-performing loans reached 40.0 of total loans at the end of 2017, up from 33.0 when compared to the previous year. Historically, the NPL ratio hit an all time high of 56.9 in 2015 and an all time low of 2.45 in 2009.

Provision coverage amounted to 25.3 at the end of 2017, up from 18.7 compared to a year earlier.

Comparing Jadranska Banka with its closest peers, Imex Banka operated at the end of 2017 with NPL ratio of 25.3 and provision coverage of 62.9, Podravska Banka with 23.5 and 54.9 and Croatia Banka had 23.1 of bad loans covered with 79.6 by provisions at the end of 2017.

Non-performing loans of the whole Croatia’s banking sector amounted to 11.2 of total loans in 2017, down from 13.6 when compared to the last year.
