Sekerbank T.A.S. is a Turkey-based commercial bank. The Bank provides small business and agricultural, commercial/SME, corporate, and retail banking services in Turkey. It accepts deposits and provides loans as well as credit cards. The Bank is also involved in the capital market transaction and provision of domestic and foreign factoring, financial leasing, and offshore banking services. At the end of 2015, the Bank operated 301 branches and 572 ATMs and employed 4,078 persons. It primarily offers its products and services to tradesmen, SMEs, farmers, and business owners. The company was formerly known as Pancar Kooperatifleri Bankasi A.S. and changed its name to Sekerbank T.A.S. in 1956. Sekerbank T.A.S. was founded in 1953 and is based in Istanbul, Turkey.. In 1997, the Bank went public.
